Fresh account
A fresh Shuffle account is opened via the MAXBET referral link. No saved state, no carried-over KYC.

Deposit
A deposit of $300 equivalent in the test currency (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, or SHFL depending on round). We start the stopwatch when we hit 'Confirm deposit'.

Play to bonus clear
Play runs through the welcome bonus on Shuffle Originals at $5 average bet. We do not push to the $10 max for variance reasons.

Trigger KYC
An attempt is made withdrawal before completing KYC, to time how quickly Shuffle prompts and how the verification flow works.

Complete KYC
ID + selfie + proof of address. Real documents are used real documents. We time submission to approval.

A withdrawal runs the cleared balance back to the deposit method. We time submission to wallet credit.

What took longer than expected
- KYC delay between submission and first review (3 hr 40 min) is longer than Stake (under 2 hr in our March test)
- First-deposit prompt to complete KYC could be earlier in the flow, currently it only appears at withdrawal
- Live chat queue on Sunday evening was 4 minutes, slower than weekday afternoons
What stood out positively
- Withdrawal-side network confirmations are at the fast end of the industry
- Same payment method in, same payment method out, no detours
- Withdrawal limits are generous, $50,000 per transaction for verified accounts
- No fees from Shuffle on any tested withdrawal, network fees only
Frequently asked questions
Is this a one-off result or repeated?
This test runs quarterly. The June 2026 numbers are from the most recent run. We also archive prior quarter results internally. If there is a major regression, a notice will be published here within a week.
Did the welcome bonus affect the test?
Yes, in that the MAXBET welcome offer was used to fund the play-through. The withdrawal measured was the post-bonus-clear balance, so it represents the path a real bonus user would walk.
Why is Solana fastest?
Solana's network confirmation time is sub-second by design. Bitcoin's is ten minutes per block. The differences in our test are mostly the underlying network, not anything Shuffle does differently between coins.
