How the XP system works
Every wager earns Experience Points. Casino play earns 1 XP per dollar wagered. Sports, esports, and novelty markets earn 3 XP per dollar at odds 2.0 or higher. That split means sports bettors move through tiers faster than slot grinders of the same dollar volume, which is unusual and worth knowing if you run both sides.
XP does not reset at the end of a month or year. The number only goes up. Tier promotion is permanent once achieved; demotions are not a feature of the current programme. You earn your rank and keep it.
Periodic 2x XP events on sports bets are announced via the promotions tab. Stacking those weekends with normal volume is how players in the Gold-to-Platinum range compress what would otherwise be six months of grinding into a couple of intensive sessions.
Full tier structure: Bronze to Legend
The task brief specifies five headline tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) because those are the breakpoints most players realistically target in their first year. Jade, Sapphire, Ruby and everything above Diamond exist for full-time players whose monthly volume is their primary financial activity.

Bronze is where it starts to matter. Rakeback goes live, a daily bonus credits based on the prior 24 hours of wagering, and a one-time level-up reward drops into the account. Every subsequent tier brings a bigger level-up reward and a higher rakeback percentage.
Silver adds the weekly bonus (credited Thursdays at 11:00 UTC) and the monthly bonus (credited on the first Friday of each month). These are on top of the daily, not instead of it.
Gold introduces the reload bonus, which means top-up deposits beyond the welcome offer start generating match credit. The percentage scales with tier from Gold upward. Platinum and Jade increase those percentages further without adding new bonus types, just bigger numbers.
Sapphire is the dedicated-host breakpoint. At this level, Shuffle assigns a named VIP contact who handles withdrawal priorities, custom offers, and event access. Ruby adds special event invitations. Diamond is where the fully bespoke arrangement starts: deal terms are agreed individually, not published on the promotions page.
Faster withdrawals at higher tiers
Shuffle already advertises sub-minute crypto withdrawals for standard accounts. VIP tiers unlock priority processing that pushes those transactions to the front of the queue. At Diamond and above, large withdrawals that would normally trigger a brief compliance review at standard tiers are handled by the dedicated host rather than the general queue.
Daily rakeback clears for VIPs instead of weekly for standard players. That difference compounds on high-volume days: if you wager $20,000 in a session, the daily-clear VIP sees rakeback available the next morning rather than waiting until Thursday.
VIP perks on top of the SHFL airdrop
The Airdrop 3 allocation is activity-weighted, meaning VIP players who wager more accumulate a larger share of the 90 million SHFL being distributed through March 2027. Playing SHFL directly earns enhanced airdrop weighting on top of XP. The two systems run in parallel: XP builds your tier, airdrop weighting builds your SHFL allocation. Note that during welcome bonus clearing, VIP rewards are halved. That's not a permanent state: once the 35x is done, the full VIP rate resumes. Clear the bonus first, then worry about tier optimisation.
