Fresh account
We open a brand new Shuffle account through the MAXBET affiliate flow. No saved state, no carried-over KYC.

What we did not like
- KYC delay between submission and first análise (3 hr 40 min) is longer than Stake (under 2 hr in our March test)
- First-deposit prompt to complete KYC could be earlier in the flow, currently it only appears at withdrawal
- Chat ao vivo queue on Sunday evening was 4 minutes, lentoer than semanaday afternoons

Is this a one-off result or repeated?
