ITB.Shuffle and Team Nemesis: the background
Into The Breach is a UK-based esports organisation that competed in CS2 and Dota 2. In June 2024, Shuffle signed a seven-figure annual investment deal that rebranded their rosters as ITB.Shuffle Esports, the largest partnership in the organisation's history. The deal also created the Shuffle Masters, a tournament series for Tier 2-3 teams, and includes FACEIT community initiatives.
Team Nemesis became Team Nemesis | Shuffle.com in June 2025 with a title sponsorship covering Dota 2 and CS. Both partnerships put Shuffle's brand inside the competitive scenes it offers markets on.
Map handicap and esports-specific markets
Esports betting at Shuffle goes beyond match winner. CS2 markets include: match winner, map handicap (-1.5 maps), total maps played, first map winner, and pistol round winner on major events. Dota 2 markets include match winner, map handicap, total kills over/under, and first blood.
Map handicap is the closest equivalent to Asian handicap in a series format. Backing a team at -1.5 means they need to win 2-0 in a best-of-three. It's available across CS2, LoL, Dota 2, and Valorant series matches.
