What the SHFL token actually is
SHFL is Shuffle's utility and rewards token. ERC-20 on Ethereum mainnet, contract 0x8881562783028F5c1BCB985d2283D5E170D88888. Total supply is capped at 1 billion, and it's deflationary: Shuffle allocates 15% of non-SHFL net gaming revenue and 30% of SHFL gaming revenue to weekly open-market buybacks and burns. Every week, some portion of the circulating supply is removed permanently.
The token launched in March 2024 via a Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool at $1.00 starting price. It has traded down significantly from those levels and is not a guarantee of upside. What it is, demonstrably, is a casino token with real on-chain mechanics, a real burn rate, and a three-year airdrop programme that distributes supply to active players rather than just to the founding team.
Airdrop 3: the live incentive
Airdrop 3 runs from March 2026 through March 2027, distributing 90 million SHFL (9% of total supply) across 52 weekly snapshots. Allocation is activity-weighted: the more you wager at Shuffle during the snapshot period, the larger your share of that week's distribution.
