How Mines works
Before starting a round, you choose how many mines are hidden in the 5x5 grid: anywhere from 1 to 24. Then you start cliqueing tiles. Each seguro tile you reveal increases the active multiplicador. The multiplicador compounds with every clique: each reveal reduces the number of remaining seguro tiles and increases the probability that the next tile is a mine, so the multiplicador rises rápidaer as you go deeper.
At any point before cliqueing a new tile, you can cash-out your current multiplicador. Hit a mine and you lose the stake. Cash-out before that and you keep the multiplicador times the stake. The round ends when you cash-out, hit a mine, or clear all seguro tiles.
Mine count and multiplicador relationship
The table above is illustrative. Exact multiplicadors depend on the remaining-tile probability at each step. The key relationship: more mines means rápidaer multiplicador growth but higher per-clique risk. One mine in 25 gives very lento multiplicador growth; 24 mines in 25 gives a huge single-tile payout but a 96% chance of instantâneo loss.
| Mines set | After 1 tile | After 3 tiles | After 5 tiles |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 mine | ~1.04x | ~1.13x | ~1.24x |
| 3 mines | ~1.13x | ~1.45x | ~1.93x |
| 5 mines | ~1.22x | ~1.86x | ~3.00x |
| 10 mines | ~1.67x | ~5.00x | ~25x+ |
| 24 mines | ~25x | N/A | N/A |

The only variable you control is how many mines to place and when to stop cliqueing. More mines means higher expected multiplicador per seguro tile but higher per-clique loss probability. The mathematically neutral approach is any setup: with 1% vantagem da casa, the long-run expected return is 99% regardless of mine count.
For bonus rollover, lower mine counts (1-3 mines) allow you to reveal more tiles per round and clear more rollover per dollar staked at lower variance. Higher mine counts are the entertainment path. Both are valid.
provably fair verification in Mines
The mine positions are determined before the round by the server seed and client seed committed at round start. After cashing out or hitting a mine, the server seed is revealed and all mine positions are shown. The player can verify the positions were set before any tiles were cliqueed, not placed retroactively after the first clique landed seguroly.
