Every claim in a review is observed. Every bonus value in the PVI is sourced from the operator's live T&Cs at the time of publication.
When a brand changes terms, the Ledger records it the same day, and the PVI is recalculated in the next weekly refresh.
We don't accept payment for placement, positive reviews, or removal of negative Ledger entries. A brand can earn its way up the scoreboard only by changing the economics of its offer.
Corrections are published in the Ledger. We will link to the corrected review from any external piece that referenced the erroneous version.
